Critical Processes Completed In-House,
Full Quality Control Throughout
The manufacturing base encompasses die casting, stamping, machining, surface treatment, and automated assembly lines, with all critical processes completed in-house. A lean production management system enables efficient throughput of high-volume standard orders while flexibly responding to low-volume, multi-variety OEM/ODM customization requirements.
15 In-House Labs for Full-Process Quality Assurance
WANO operates 15 specialized laboratories that oversee quality at every stage—from incoming material inspection and first-article inspection to in-process control and final pre-shipment verification. Core testing capabilities include:
  • Torque Testing

We ensure that handle operating force consistently complies with ergonomic requirements and industry standards.

  • Load and Tensile Testing

Verifying the ultimate load-bearing capacity of critical components such as hinges and locking points.

  • Opening/Closing Cycle Testing

Simulating tens of thousands of window and door operating cycles to verify hardware system durability and smooth operation.

  • Salt Spray Resistance Testing

Verifying the corrosion resistance of surface treatment solutions, ensuring long-term product stability in coastal and high-humidity environments.
